This Pita Bread Sandwich with Grilled Vegetables is a healthy and delicious meal option. Made with Mediterranean Bread Company’s authentic pita bread, this recipe is perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

• 2 Mediterranean Bread Company Regular Pita Breads

• 1 red bell pepper, sliced

• 1 zucchini, sliced

• 1 yellow squash, sliced

• 1 red onion, sliced

• 1 cup hummus

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
