Homemade Pita Chips and Dips

Crunchy, flavorful, and easy to make, homemade pita chips are a perfect snack for any occasion. Using Mediterranean Bread Company’s pita bread, you can whip up a batch of these delicious chips and pair them with your favorite dips for a satisfying treat.

Ingredients:

• 2 Mediterranean Bread Company Pita Breads

• Olive oil

• Salt and pepper

• Optional: garlic powder, paprika, cumin

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut the pita breads into small triangles.

3. Place the pita triangles on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

4. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices you prefer.

5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

6. Serve with your favorite dips, such as hummus, tzatziki, or guacamole.
